The Oceanside Dutch Lions FC Women's team will play in the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL). The WPSL is a national women’s soccer league in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, and is on the second level of women’s soccer in the United States soccer pyramid, below the NWSL. The WPSL is the largest women’s soccer league in the world (in terms of number of clubs - 133). The season is played between mid-May and mid-July.
Oceanside Dutch Lions FC will be playing in the PAC South Conference in the San Diego Division. Other participating clubs in the Conference are ASC San Diego (San Diego), Breakaway FC (San Diego), City SC (Carlsbad), San Diego Parceiro (San Diego) and San Diego Strikers (San Diego). The regular season consists of 10 games, the winner of the Conference advances to the play-offs.
