The SoCal Dutch Lions FC women's team ended the season in style with earning 4 points on the road in their final two games of the 2022 season.
On Friday the Lions played Conference leaders San Diego Strikers in an intense and high level game. Vanessa Cruz scored twice for the lead but Seelenfreund and Bochinno scored for the Strikers to end the game in a 2-2 score.
On Sunday the Lions traveled to So Cal Union FC. Vanessa Cruz proved again how dangerous she is up front and scored the lone goal of the game to secure a 1-0 win against the team that won 2-4 in Carlsbad.
